ABOUT

I spent most of my career as a management consultant with Deloitte, working alongside senior leaders to solve complex organisational challenges and deliver meaningful change. My work took me across industries and borders, from large-scale transformations to targeted process improvements, always with a focus on helping organisations cut through complexity and find practical solutions.

Alongside the core consulting work, I found myself increasingly drawn to facilitation. Whether it was designing and leading workshops to help teams solve problems, running training sessions inside our consulting practice, or guiding clients through structured decision-making, I saw how powerful it could be to create space where people could think clearly, collaborate effectively, and move forward with confidence.

That combination — strategic problem-solving and dynamic facilitation — is what I bring to Consult Knightley today. My style is structured yet human: I use clear frameworks, visual tools, and interactive exercises to make complex issues manageable and to turn reflection into action. Clients describe me as energetic, empathetic, and solution-driven, with a knack for creating momentum even in challenging situations.

Now, my work focuses on three areas:

  • Consulting — helping organisations design better ways of working and navigate change.

  • Corporate Training — creating and delivering engaging sessions that build practical capability and confidence.

  • Immersive Workshops — high-energy retreat sessions that spark insight, bring clarity, and turn ideas into action.

Whether it’s in a boardroom, a training room, or a retreat setting, my goal is the same: to help people and teams cut through noise, make better decisions, and move forward with purpose.
